• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data pipelines for our CRM system.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain data models that support reporting, analytics, and CRM functionalities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all CRM data systems.
• Implement and manage data warehousing solutions.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and technology choices for our data platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and CRM.

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on CRM data.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) and their data structures.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
